Bookkeepers and finance teams trust us with sensitive documents. Here's exactly how we protect them — in plain language, no fine print.
Never trained on your data
Documents are processed solely to extract data. They are never used to train AI models — ours or anyone else's.
Originals never stored
The uploaded PDF or image is discarded right after extraction. We keep only the structured fields you choose to save.
Encrypted & over HTTPS
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). OAuth tokens and credentials are encrypted at rest; passwords are hashed.
You stay in control
Data is written only to the Google Sheet or OneDrive you authorize. Revoke access or delete your data anytime.
What we process — and what we don't
When you upload an invoice or receipt, we extract structured fields (vendor, date, totals, taxes, currency, line items) and convert amounts to your home currency.
- We keep: the structured data you save, your account details, and links to the spreadsheets Vaultyix creates for you.
- We don't keep: your original uploaded files after extraction.
- We never: sell your data, use it for advertising, or train AI on your documents.
Sub-processors
To provide the service we share the minimum necessary data with a small set of trusted providers:

Your controls
- Revoke access to Google or Microsoft anytime from your account settings with those providers.
- Delete individual invoices or your entire account and data on request — line items are removed with them.
- Export your data anytime to Excel or CSV.
