Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vaultyix (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Vaultyix uses artificial intelligence to extract structured data from invoices, receipts, and similar documents you provide, and to write that data to destinations you connect, such as Google Sheets or Microsoft OneDrive.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit documents you do not have the right to process.
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
- Exceed reasonable usage or circumvent rate limits.
4. AI-generated output
Data is extracted automatically and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it, particularly for accounting, tax, financial, or legal purposes. The Service does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice.
5. Connected services
When you connect a third-party account (e.g. Google or Microsoft), you authorize Vaultyix to access it only as needed to provide the Service. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. You can revoke access at any time from your provider's account settings.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to the documents and data you submit. You grant Vaultyix a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service. We do not retain original uploaded documents after extraction.
7. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vaultyix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
